A digital floor plan of all levels of the home which is then included in the MLS listing presentation with the professional photos.

A new listing option now available - A seller can now opt to have their home listed privately. The listing will be available to other Realtors in the MLS but not on publicly sponsored platforms.  

Emailed feedback from the Buyer’s Agent regarding their buyer’s showing experience soon after feedback is submitted thru the showing feedback portal.

Updated market activity emailed weekly as to any new competitive listings or sales in the marketplace. 

Postcards mailed to the immediate neighbors per your confirmation notifying them of the new listing. 

In addition to the MLS, The listing will also be available for access on all mainstream affiliated real estate websites including: Zillow.com, Realtor.com. RedFin.com, Homes.com, etc.
