Biography
I started in real estate in 2006 when the market was booming and was very successful right from the beginning. I enjoyed representing both sellers and buyers and gained tremendous experience from the various transactions including single family homes, townhomes, condos and even rental properties.
At the downturn of the market, I weathered thru gaining additional training and knowledge in short sales and foreclosures. I also assisted investors purchase and sell distressed properties.
Now with the new real estate momentum, values are rising and a seller's market is the current market condition. I enjoy listing properties for maximum dollar and helping buyers successfully negotiate an offer to purchase.
